Many realtors, in trying to do a good job, barrage you with phone calls, emails, follow-up....which adds stress to a situation that is already a bit stressful. She was sensitive to my need for a less intensive communication flow. She provided morning updates on listings, and would leave it to me to circle back when I found something of interest. And when I did, she was super prompt in setting up an appointment to see that property. She was more than punctual...she beat me to the property, had looked it over, turned on the lights, and was well prepared as to its qualities. Equally important, as we saw different houses, she developed both an instinct and awareness of what I wanted. She did not try to sell me on qualities that I was not concerned about, or convince me that "this is it", but did know the qualities to highlight that I might not think about asking. When we did see the house I wanted for the first time, she knew that this was the one....and showed genuine happiness for me...not because it meant that there might be a sale, but because she was truly committed to and happy for finding me a home that I would like. Her energy, her diligence, and her conscientiousness were endearing and valuable qualities. She also seemed to have an instinct and informed opinion about what the selling price would be (above the original asking price). When it came time to put everything together on a bid, she worked tirelessly and efficiently at night regardless of the day of the week to see that the process was painless for me and quick. . She did the background work in information gathering, and reached out to the other agent to establish contact and communication. In a market that is seeing more bidding wars, her hard work and diplomacy helped me put together an informed proposal that the buyer was looking for - laying clearly out my options and what would benefit my offer...and provide a comparative advantage. Her enthusiasm was contagious and she always seemed to go above and beyond the call of duty. Everything she touched had a quick turnaround. This all gave me peace of mind and comfort in what could have been an anxiety producing process. She always provided professional suggestions, reliable recommendations, and strong support. She was the best realtor I ever know, also could be a good friend. I knew Suzie through social app and we reached cooperation very soon. Yes, we had a good start on selling my house. With the renovation suggestions and contractor recommendation from Suzie, we received multi offers after only two weeks on market and a lot of interests during her open house. The selected buyer according to Suzie is also reliable, who held on straight to the end although the lending process met many unexpected difficulties partly due to this special period. Anyway we had a happy ending. Suzie made the best effort and timely following-up during this process. I would sincerely recommend asking Suzie to be your realtor. After accepting the job, I had a plan to relocate my family. It was the Summer 2022 and housing market was very HOT that time. We were out of state, and coming to Virginia for house hunting was not very convenient for me and was not an option. I was looking for a real estate agent who I can rely on with no hesitation.
